Students in Graphic Design and AV learned how to shape the messages, stories, and ideas that were seen. Behind every design, video, and smooth transition were hours of trial and error that viewers didn’t see.
In Graphic Design, students learned the rules of design and how to use the tools that would help them make a great design.
“A good design is planned out and merges with other similar designs and bad designs are thrown together,” junior Gavin Gerlach said.
Students in Audio Video Productions had many responsibilities, such as running the lights for most school events and working on the senior video.
“Probably being able to help with the senior video (is the project I’m most proud of this year),” sophomore Bri King said.
The advanced Audio Video Production class learned everything from technical to creative skills, which could be valuable in almost any career.
“I already use (skills that I learned in this class), seeing creative lines and being able to, you know, use my mind a bit more,” senior Jase Downey said.
