History is a required class during the sophomore, junior, and senior years. All of the classes were taught by Craig Frederick.
“History is what made up today, and we wouldn’t be here without certain aspects that happened in history,” sophomore Kaelynn Downey said.
During senior year, the students took Government instead of a traditional history class.
“(Government) is definitely more intricate because there are so many steps and qualifications and requirements for everything,” senior Sylvester Hemberger said.
Juniors studied American history, starting in England and progressing up to the present day.
“(I’m looking forward to) the topics in American history that I know about but would like to learn more about, such as World War I or II,” junior Gavin Gerlach said.
