Fall homecoming events included the Red and White Olympics, spirit week, the ceremony, the football game, and then the after party. The fall homecoming king and queen were Konner Bidwell and Morgan Koester, crowned at the ceremony before the football game.
Koester and Bidwell both said they were nervous at the ceremony.
“Yeah, I was nervous because there were so many people,” Koester said.
As the candidates walked to their places, information about each was read, including some answers to questions they had been asked.
“[The hardest question to answer was] the one about my favorite high school memory,” Bidwell said. “There’s too many to choose from.”
After the football game ended, the after party started. The after party had music, games, and food.
“[My favorite song to dance to was] the ‘Macarena’ because it’s fun to dance with friends and other people,” senior Bella McPhail said.
The games included volleyball in the gym, and ping pong, cornhole, Jenga, and other games in the commons.
