In his free time, freshman Sebastian Hemberger enjoys writing in his free time. He started this hobby when he was just 10 years old.
“I felt like I needed a storyline for my little tiny action figures, but when homeschool started I kind of quit for a while,” he said.
Hemberger said he recently got back into it.
“You can’t just leave something unfinished,” he said. “You have to keep going.”
Hemberger writes many different genres of stories.
“I write about action and adventure, fantasy, stuff that people would want to read,” he said.
Hemberger had many different reasons why he stopped writing.
“Too much schoolwork came in for me to finish my second story,” he said. “I didn’t finish the first story because I lost interest in my action figures. I left them in the dirt to rot.”
