On March 31 and April 1, the theater department held their annual spring play. “Million Dollar Meatballs” was performed three times over the course of two days: once for the entirety of both elementary schools and the middle school, and twice in the evening for anyone who wanted to come view the department’s hard work.

There were many new cast members in this play.

“[I tried out because] I thought it would be a good experience,” freshman Anna Bender said, “and I wanted to try something new and uncomfortable.”

Bender played Officer Wesson.

Many cast members said their performances went extremely well. Freshman Zayden Zoglmann played Gordon Ramrod.

“I think [the performance] was really good,” Zoglmann said. “I had a really good British accent.”

Many cast members said they want to audition again.

“[I want to audition again] because I feel like I did a pretty good job on this one,” sophomore James Hancock, who played Beans, said.
