The annual canned food drive hosted by Stuco was Oct. 11-19. This fundraiser is a class competition; all the classes compete together to donate the most cans. The winning class gets a pizza party sponsored by Wheatland Electric. 

There were some changes made this year to the food drive. This year students could donate cans for community service hours. The food drive was also extended an extra week. 

“The students’ donations were comparable to last year’s totals; however, one class donated more than the rest,” said Stuco sponsor Callie Bartelson. 

The class totals were freshman-43, sophomores-532, juniors-71, seniors-216, and the faculty and staff-130.
