Red Power Nutrition is located in Conway Springs, Kansas. It’s the new town favorite, owned by April Zoglmann. Everyone I have talked to about the business has only said good things, and it sounds like the teas are definitely the favorite. 

One of the best things about the shop is that there are tons of options, like shakes, teas, coffee, aloe shots, and even snacks sometimes. With over 50 flavor add-ons, it’s hard to choose sometimes. The shop always has some special going on, like Friday features; each Friday one drink is highlighted on Red Power Nutrition’s Facebook and Instagram pages. There are also special drinks like her Harry Potter house-themed drinks, or the Cardinal Crush which seems to be the town favorite.

I personally love the teas. I always go with a Strawberry Sour Punch. I do not, however, like the shakes; protein powder just is not for me. Overall, I give Red Power Nutrition 5/5 cardinal heads.
