Every year the Cardinal Dance Team hosts a  dance clinic. The clinic is open to anyone K-5 and this year they will dance to Disney songs to match the Fall Fest theme.The dancers, along with the kids, seem to enjoy the experience and had positive things to say.

“Yes [I enjoy the dance clinic] because it’s fun to see all the children dancing and having fun,” senior and captain Madison Pauly said.

After the dance is choreographed by the senior dancers it is taught to the kids in practice the week before Fall Fest.” 

“My favorite part is seeing all the kids perform it when we are finally done teaching it,” junior Lizzy Curry said.

The dance clinic is not always fun and games though. When you work with that many kids things can get out of hand fast. This caused dancers to have mixed feelings during practice.

“[Practices are] stressful and great at the same time, because some listen and some don’t and some of them can be jerks,” sophomore Kenzie Wenke said.
